Thomas Ederer is a Master of Science in Electrical and Information Engineering since 2011 and a Graduate Engineer (FH) in Automotive and Aircraft Engineering since 2008.

Thomas worked as a development engineer for automotive electronics with a focus on the development of diagnostic functions for vehicle control units.

Thomas has been working in intellectual property since 2011.

He is German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, and European Trademark and Design Attorney.

Due to his professional experience in intellectual property law and as a development engineer in automotive electronics, Thomas provides competent and practice-oriented advice in intellectual property law. His technical focus is on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, in particular communications engineering and telecommunications, as well as medical technology.

After several years of working as an in-house patent attorney in an industrial patent department in the field of electrics and electronics, Thomas  knows the needs of his clients first-hand and provides support in questions of German, European and international intellectual property law.
